Let’s Torc Pots

A family run business working together to create artisan designs from eco-crete and natural materials.

About Torc Pots

Torc Pots is a family-run local business specializing in handcrafted artisan designs made from eco-crete and natural materials. Based in St. John’s, our small workshop creates large-scale pots, planters, and water features, each shaped by hand with organic and contemporary forms. Every piece we produce is unique, developing a distinctive weathered patina over time.

Our Process and Craftsmanship

What began in a small shed has evolved into a thriving workshop where we craft bespoke, individually thrown pots. Designed for both indoor and outdoor spaces, our creations enhance residential, commercial, and private settings. We pride ourselves on producing some of the largest planters in the world, with each piece carefully made to stand as a one-of-a-kind statement.

Commitment to Sustainability

At the core of Torc Pots is a commitment to sustainability. Our eco-crete mixture includes aggregates sourced from local quarries, with sand and reconstituted stone from Jersey. This not only supports the island's economy but also reduces our environmental footprint, ensuring each pot is crafted with environmental responsibility in mind.

Our one-off designs are beautifully crafted and made by hand to last a lifetime. They make unique distinctive statements for both home and commercial settings.

“When we are surrounded by so much that is mass produced there is a real appreciation for hand-crafted objects created out of organic materials which appeal to our senses. We shape them by hand, layer by layer, enhanced by texture and finish until they take on their own unique form and because of this no two pots are ever quite the same”
